We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the
GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data means any
information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

3. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by: Elementor in Germany
When you access our website, the hosting provider processes server log files (e.g., IP address,
date/time, requested page, browser/OS, referrer).
Purpose: operation, security, stability.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact requests/contact form
If you contact us by email or contact form, we process the data you submit (e.g., name, email,
message) to handle your request.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
(legitimate interest in communication).
Retention: as long as necessary; then deletion unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Embedded content and social media
Our website may embed third-party content (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
When such content is accessed, a connection to the provider’s servers may be established and
personal data (in particular IP address, usage/device data) may be processed.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) where required.
International transfers: possible; handled under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR depending on provider.

6. Recipients/processors
We use service providers (hosting, consent tool, analytics, payment) who process personal data
on our behalf. Where required, processing is governed by Art. 28 GDPR data processing
agreements.

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by
statutory retention obligations.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art.
18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
